How we work
Personal service is valued extremely highly at Neil Lerner. Neil and his team of designers really enjoy involving customers in their own design process and expertly guiding them through the project. The process can be divided into 6 stages:
- The Brief: we talk our client through their dream kitchen, compiling a wish-list and creating a detailed brief.
- Visualisation of Ideas: we present our customer with a highly realistic and full colour computer-generated design, which allows them to visualise their ideas in 3D.
- Survey of Site: we send an expert to our client’s home to take detailed and accurate measurements of the site.
- The Design: we process our client’s feedback and produce a design which is sent for their final approval.
- Project Management: we provide working drawings for the builders, liaising closely with them as well as the electricians and plumbers.
- Installation: we check the site prior to the installation as well as undertaking regular site visits.
